Precision spring manufacturing is a complex process

Precision spring manufacturing can be made with various materials such as steel, stainless steel or brass. The manufacturing process of this element starts the same way as for all other types of spring.

However, for the “precision" aspect, precision spring has to go through specific operations. Depending on the use to which it is intended, it may be a specific packaging, a zinc flake or ultrasonic cleaning. These springs are very often tailor-made, to meet the required level of accuracy.
